Qualifications

• Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou équivalent en Environnement ou BTP.
• Expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur des travaux publics.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets de manière autonome.

Responsabilités

• Déployer le plan environnemental du Groupe NGE dans la région.
• Effectuer des évaluations de l'empreinte carbone et des analyses environnementales.
• Surveiller les dossiers réglementaires et mener des sessions de sensibilisation.

In the context of expanding our activities in the Centre Val de Loire region, we are seeking a Environmental Mission Officer (F/H), based in Tours (37).

Reporting to the QSE Manager, you will participate in deploying and animating NGE's environmental program. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Deploying and promoting the Group NGE environmental plan across the region.
2. Managing the environmental management system according to ISO 14001 v2015 within a regional QSE framework.
3. Updating environmental analyses using our new Group tool and monitoring the associated action plan.
4. Performing carbon footprint assessments for regional entities and projects.
5. Monitoring regulatory files: ICPE, IOTA, etc.
6. Conducting environmental awareness sessions (for workers, design offices, and construction management).
7. Visiting sites for inspections and assisting in implementing actions.
8. Regulatory monitoring and updating compliance checklists.
9. Risk analysis, identifying opportunities, and conducting emergency scenario tests.
10. Monitoring dashboards and environmental reporting.
11. Revisiting waste sorting processes and expanding traceability tools.
12. Updating and creating internal NGEdocuments related to QSE, design offices, and site managers (material storage, waste management, water law, classified installations, work permits, etc.) according to applicable environmental regulations.
13. Assisting design offices and operators in preparing bids.
14. Regular travel within the region is expected.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (Engineer or equivalent) in Environment or Construction & Public Works.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in the public works sector.
• Strong writing skills, organized, and able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Practical, with a technical affinity and a team-oriented mindset.
• Rigorous and methodical, capable of managing multiple projects autonomously.
