As part of our expansion in the Centre Val de Loire region, we are seeking a Chargé de Mission Environnement (F/H), based in Tours (37).

Under the supervision of the QSE Manager, you will participate in deploying and animating NGE's environmental program. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Deploying and promoting the group’s environmental plan in the region
2. Managing the environmental management system according to ISO 14001 v2015 within a regional QSE framework
3. Updating environmental analyses using our new group tool and monitoring the associated action plan
4. Conducting carbon footprint assessments for entities and projects in the region
5. Monitoring regulatory files: ICPE, IOTA, etc.
6. Facilitating environmental awareness sessions for team members, design offices, and construction teams
7. Conducting site inspections and assisting with corrective actions
8. Keeping regulatory compliance checklists up to date
9. Analyzing risks and opportunities, conducting emergency scenario tests
10. Monitoring dashboards and environmental reporting
11. Reviewing waste sorting processes and expanding traceability tools
12. Updating and creating internal documents related to QSE for design offices and site managers (material storage, waste management, water law, classified installations, work permits, etc.) according to environmental regulations
13. Supporting design offices and operators in preparing bids
14. Travel within the region will be required regularly.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (Engineer or equivalent) in Environment or Construction & Public Works
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in public works
• Strong writing skills, organized, and with good interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Practical, with a technical aptitude and team-oriented mindset
• Rigorous and methodical, capable of managing multiple projects independently
