Job Description:

Participate in the smooth operation of the company's services. You will liaise with internal departments and external service providers. Working closely with the General Secretary, you will be responsible for organizing and optimizing general means and company reception services.

Your actions will contribute daily to operational excellence, and you will be responsible for the quality of work of your team.

Main missions:
  • Coordinate and supervise: Reception protocols, maintenance of premises, and office spaces, execution of renovation work, establish work schedules, ensure effective and punctual task completion, and facilitate smooth communication between all services.
  • Define and maintain a VIP Best in Class reception experience.
  • Manage suppliers (cleaning, mail, couriers, reception).
