Position: Customer Account Manager (French-speaking)

Reporting to the local manager, you will be responsible for professional client accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client files and process invoices.
  • Ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Conduct telephone follow-ups and communicate via email.
  • Implement payment plans/term schedules and conduct solvency assessments.
  • Handle customer requests and complaints (billing).
  • Ensure administrative management of files in accordance with ethics, processes, and company guidelines.
  • Enrich the internal database.
Candidate Profile:

You possess a commercial mindset, persuasive skills, and enjoy challenges. You are versatile, autonomous, and attentive. Your analytical and synthesis skills will help you succeed. Strong writing skills and organizational abilities are assets. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory, and previous experience in a similar role is preferred. You should be comfortable handling multiple software applications simultaneously.
