Une entreprise leader dans le domaine des télécommunications recherche un stagiaire en Marketing stratégique pour soutenir les études de compétition et l'analyse des tendances de consommation sur les marchés internationaux. Vous développerez des analyses et des dashboards, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs départements, pour contribuer à une meilleure compréhension et gestion du marché international du roaming et de la voix.
Under the responsibility of the Marketing Manager of the International Roaming and Voice Marketing Development Department, you will be responsible for conducting international competitive studies on retail roaming and international voice strategies of major global operators (market, offers, customer experience, communication).
You will contribute to creating a market and consumer monitoring activity to feed various departments (sales, finance, marketing, Orange Travel): evolving usage patterns, market trends, consumer behavior, with a focus on specific topics like 5G / VoLTE / eSIM. You will produce and aggregate analyses based on internal and external monitoring sources.
You will develop deliverables and communication methods.
You will collect and analyze international roaming and voice offers from major global operators to define relevant best practices for managing the Retail Roaming and International Voice community.
You will also monitor international practices regarding customer experience (subscription processes, consumption tracking, etc.), innovative digital communication, and partnerships with third parties.
You will collect mobile application data for integration into PowerBI dashboards.
You will be trained on social media analysis tools to incorporate them into your analysis of the roaming and international voice ecosystem.
You will contribute to the writing of a bi-monthly newsletter for the entire Orange roaming community.
You will participate in the follow-up of marketing projects proposed to a selected group of subsidiaries.
You will attend the Retail and Development Department team meetings and meetings dedicated to projects.
You are pursuing a Master 1 in Marketing and are seeking an internship in Strategic Marketing oriented towards international markets.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
You have a good sense of data analysis and synthesis for presentations, are curious and proactive in seeking information.
You are organized and rigorous, capable of applying established processes, and even creating them, and you are proactive. You have an interest in digital tools, are familiar with digital and video creative tools, and enjoy functional testing.
You are proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
You have a very good level of English.
