Job Description

As a Chargé d'opérations Meeting and Events (H/F), your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming groups, informing them of internal and external events at the Resort, and proposing additional services
  • Establishing programs and details of services according to client wishes
  • Receiving decision-makers during site visits and preparing detailed reports for sales offices
  • Preparing supporting documents: welcome messages, posters for meeting rooms, restaurant reservations, etc.
  • Updating information systems with any changes to services (duration of stay, transportation changes, etc.)
  • Ensuring smooth operations and proper billing
  • Collaborating with other Resort departments (kitchen, bar, restaurant, sports, events)
  • Ensuring compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety rules and maintaining the property
