The position is based in Boulogne Billancourt within World Kinect Energy, focusing on developing a new activity: electricity and natural gas brokerage for SMEs & PMI.

Your Missions

You will handle internal procedures supporting commercial activities: quotations and consultations with energy suppliers.

• Ensure smooth execution of consultations respecting deadlines.
• Guarantee the reliability of price comparison results for sales teams.
• Understand the energy market and its components.
• Support the sales team in constructing consultation files for clients.

Main Tasks

• Transmit quotation requests to suppliers.
• Analyze offers for gas and/or electricity.
• Integrate and compare received offers in a comparison tool.
• Prepare results with sales teams for presentation.
• Enter signed contracts into CRM.
• Gather, complete, and monitor client optimization files.

Required Skills

• Hold a Bac+2 qualification (BTS/DUT).
• Be curious and eager to learn about a complex, evolving market.
• Be organized, rigorous, and good at time management.
• Enjoy teamwork to achieve common goals.
• Experience in sales administration is highly valued.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially intermediate Excel skills.
