Position: Chargé d’opérations

The position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt within World Kinect Energy, supporting the development of a new activity: electricity and natural gas brokerage for SMEs & PMI.

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal procedures supporting commercial activities: quotations and consultations with energy suppliers.
• Ensure smooth consultation processes respecting deadlines.
• Guarantee the reliability of price comparison results for sales teams.
• Understand the energy market and its components.
• Support the sales team in preparing consultation files for clients.

Main Tasks:

• Transmit quotation requests to suppliers.
• Analyze gas and/or electricity offers.
• Integrate and compare received offers using comparison tools.
• Prepare results with sales teams for presentation.
• Record signed contracts in CRM.
• Gather, complete, and monitor client optimization files.

Required Skills:

• Hold a Bac+2 level qualification (BTS/DUT).
• Curious and eager to learn about a complex and constantly evolving market.
• Organized, rigorous, and good at time management.
• Enjoy teamwork aimed at achieving common goals.
• Experience in sales administration is highly valued.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
