Qualifications

• Permis de conduire, compétences en ICT/OT requises.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les relations contractuelles et techniques avec les entreprises des parcs éoliens.

• Participer à la planification et au contrôle des coûts.

BKW AG is the second-largest energy provider in Switzerland with a turnover of 4.6 billion euros in 2023 and 11,500 employees. The group is experiencing strong growth in wind energy production in Europe, with an installed capacity of over 1,000 MW in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, and France. The position is to be filled within BKW France, the French subsidiary of the BKW group, which currently owns and operates 11 wind farms with a total capacity of 170 MW. BKW France is a small team of 4 dynamic and complementary people.

Senior Wind Farm Operations Manager / Senior TCM (Technical and Commercial Manager)

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the contractual, organizational, and technical relationships with the companies working on the farms daily.
• Ensure the monitoring of wind farms.
• Lead preventive and corrective actions (including the replacement of major components or installation modifications).
• Conduct and carry out technical inspections and mandatory periodic controls of the installations.
• Manage relationships with control organizations, engineering offices, network managers, and other stakeholders of the wind farm (DREAL, SDIS, agricultural operators).
• Monitoring, performance improvement, and follow-up on the punch list.
• Manage technical claim management.
• Ensure technical and environmental compliance (particularly ICPE).
• Create and implement quality rules for TCM activity, safety, and the environment (prevention plan, logbook, technical documentation management, etc.).
• Review construction documentation and manufacturers' O&M manuals.
• Implement HSE rules for BKW France and the BKW group.
• Ensure the implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes (Plan-Do-Check-Act approach). Ensure proper understanding, acceptance, and training of processes if needed.
• Ensure proper identification and reporting of information, manage action plans, and analyze risks.
• Define and implement tools, identify gaps, and improve them.
• Develop client reports.
• Manage budgets and control costs.
• Represent management in terms of HSE.
• Participate in the on-call duty for wind farm operations.
• Participate in investment, development, and construction projects for new BKW group farms.

The position is based in Paris, with travel to the wind farms located in the provinces. The position involves close collaboration with TCM team colleagues and with Asset Management France in its role as park owner and internal client, as well as with BKW group services (Procurement, M&A, etc.).

Desired profile:

• With an engineering background focused on industrial disciplines, you have a minimum of three years of experience in renewable energies, preferably wind energy, in the services field as an operations manager, O&M technician, or similar, with IT skills (ICT and OT).
• You are proactive, autonomous, and know how to manage priorities. With good interpersonal and communication skills, you can demonstrate authority.
• The extent of activities depends on the candidate's experience.
• You have a very good level of English and proficiency in the French language. A driving license (category B) is essential for site visits. You hold electrical and working-at-heights certifications. Proficiency in German is a plus.
