Vous possédez un diplôme Bac+2 à Bac+5 et 5 ans d'expérience en études de prix. Autonomie, rigueur et travail en équipe appréciés. Description du poste

Eiffage Construction integrates complementary trades such as urban planning, real estate development, construction, maintenance, and service works. The company is strongly established in France through its 9 regional offices, as well as in Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Switzerland, and Poland.

MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRICE STUDIES BUSINESS MANAGER

Prior to winning the business project:

1. Conduct analysis of the project’s legal, technical, financial, and human risks and review the studies/contract.
2. Identify specific technical and SQE requirements.
3. Find the best technical and economic solutions for the project and research alternatives.
4. Establish the internal cost estimate based on reference prices.

Subsequent to winning the business project:

1. Establish the provisional schedule and necessary resources for the operation.
2. Draft all or part of the bid’s technical brief.
3. Prepare technical and financial documents for the wrap-up meeting in conjunction with the department manager (sales breakdown sheet, summary of all-trades work).

Job Requirements

Required level of education: 2-5 years of higher education in Building, Civil Engineering, or Construction Economics.

Required professional experience: Junior engineer or a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a price studies technician; works-related experience is appreciated.

Work environment:

• Internal: Pricing, Methods, Commercial, Real Estate, Purchasing, Works.
• External: Control offices, Economists, Specialized engineering firms, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, Project Managers.

Profile:

You hold a degree of Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Building, Civil Engineering, Art Works, or Construction Economics.

You have 5 years of experience in price studies.

You are autonomous, rigorous, and enjoy teamwork.

Position: CDI to be filled immediately. Salary based on experience over 13 months, with incentives, participation, holiday bonus, and employee benefits.
