Une entreprise de transport maritime recherche un(e) candidat(e) pour rejoindre son département Customer Care. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience d'au moins 6 mois dans le shipping ou le service client. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des demandes de booking, de la vérification des réglementations et de la satisfaction client. Le poste est proposé en CDD de 6 mois.
