We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to manage a distribution network within the EMEA Export region, aiming to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.

As the Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth within your assigned region.

Your primary focus will be on building and optimizing a strong distribution channel, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the overall success of our sales initiatives.

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets through proactive management and optimization of the distribution channel in the geographical area of competence.

While maintaining long-term relationships and strengthening partnerships with the distribution network, you will develop and execute business strategies aligned with market dynamics to achieve the Company’s strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Middle East and Africa regions.
  2. Identifying and establishing relationships with channel partners in the target markets, ensuring the distribution channel is optimized and managed to meet the company's commercial objectives.
  3. Coordinating training, support, and resources for channel partners to ensure effective promotion and sales of the company's products.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and sales administration to support channel partners and drive sales growth.
  5. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the region.
  6. Managing channel partner contracts, pricing agreements, and negotiations to maximize revenue and profitability.
  7. Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Traveling to meet with channel partners, VIP customers, attend industry events, and conduct market research as needed.
  9. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and channel partner activities.
  10. Establishing the sales budget with the direct manager and distributors, monitoring it periodically, and providing forecasts.
