Description du poste

Job Description & Role Responsibilities

The focal point in charge of the 3DEXPERIENCE Works (cloud) business. Responsible for transforming and enabling partners to achieve the cloud sales plan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Classify 3DEXPERIENCE Works (Cloud) customers to provide proper enablement and support to improve cloud utilization.
  • Design go-to-market strategies to support, guide, and bring sales & client data insights, ensuring alignment with Dassault Systèmes’ growth strategy.
  • Co-design capacity and skills validation with partners to support sales transformation and capacity & skill alignment.
  • Develop marketing plans to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Provide regular insights on 3DEXPERIENCE Works business to Sales Expert Management (GEO Leaders).
  • Monitor client adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE Works to ensure subscription growth.
  • Work with partners to secure reference cases and success stories.
  • Review pipeline with partners and plan actions to trigger value-up activities regularly.
  • Conduct frequent enablement sessions with partner teams to maintain continuous engagement and mindshare.
  • Recruit new partners to expand territory in the 3DEXPERIENCE Works (cloud) business and lead their onboarding process.
  • Develop marketing strategies to generate leads and support sales efforts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years (up to 10 years) of sales experience in the software industry, especially solution/platform or CAD/CAM products.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and aggressive attitude and mindset as a salesperson.
  • Business-level proficiency in English.
  • Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
