The Channel Account Manager (CAM) will build and promote the company’s position as the global leader in Unified Threat Management, focusing on the partner community within the assigned territory. This role is crucial for the revenue growth of the region, aligning with the company growth targets. The CAM will be accountable for Orange, North area operations, following Fortinet’s channel programs and driving new business development. Responsibilities include motivating, educating and training the partner on the Company’s products and technologies including MDF strategy, account penetration strategy and profitability targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cover the region's geographic channel
  • Drive sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory.
  • Provide ongoing sales and technical trainings to these partners.
  • Develop marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues with development funds.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner.
  • Manage potential channel conflict through excellent communication and adherence to Fortinet’s channel program guidelines.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Job Experience Required

  • 5+ years channel sales and territory management in networking or security sectors.
  • Experience building business and marketing plans with partners.
  • Proven ability to deliver sales training and thrive in a fast-paced environment with revenue responsibilities.
  • Familiar with the Distribution channel model.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification and driving to close
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
  • Strong presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
