Une entreprise leader dans le secteur des spiritueux recherche un Channel Developer pour piloter la transformation digitale. Ce poste inclut la gestion des eCommerce, la recherche de nouvelles opportunités B2B et l'activation des projets sur les canaux digitaux. Le candidat doit posséder une solide expérience en vente, idéalement dans le secteur du luxe ou des produits alimentaires, et être capable de négocier efficacement. Ce rôle stratégique vise à renforcer la croissance et la performance à travers divers canaux.

Qualifications

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en vente requise dans une entreprise de produits alimentaires ou de luxe.
  • Expérience en marchandisage dans le secteur des vins et spiritueux recommandée.

Description du poste

The Channel Developer will be responsible for driving the growth and digital transformation across various channels. This role encompasses eCommerce management, business exploration for new opportunities, and full funnel activation projects.

Role Responsibilities

  • New business : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B, overseas markets etc. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative business models and partnerships.
  • Ecommerce : Develop and implement strategies for eCommerce platforms, focusing on pure players such as Amazon and e-specialists. Build and Negotiate win-win annual Joint business plan with the customers opened. Enhance the performance of click & collect through effective initiatives. Analyze eCommerce performance metrics and optimize sales funnels for increased conversion rates.
  • Activation Management : Managed digital marketing (Search, Banners, SEO / SEA...) for the eCommerce accounts. Oversee projects related to full funnel activation online, including digital marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives. Work with commercial and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activation strategies, making recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university, business school.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experiences in sales required (Category Manager, eCommerce manager, Business Developer….) preferably within a food or luxury goods industry company with a marketing experience or the willingness to have.

SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS

  • Confirmed ability to negotiate effectively
  • Strong emphasis on developing new business - Recommended to have professional experience specifically in business gifts
  • Candidates should highlight their experience in the wine and spirits sector, in the gourmet food products, in cosmetic or in the luxury industry
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess markets and performance, good understanding of commercial performance indicators
  • Willingness to develop skills in operational marketing : ability to create tools needed for BtoB sales and enhance visibility in eCommerce.
  • Experience in eCommerce is considered a plus, especially on Amazon
  • Know how to be proactive and take the initiative
