Job Description

Your role will focus on relationship management to achieve measurable results such as increased revenue, market share, and deeper engagement within partner sales teams at Orange Group. You will create and execute unique business plans with OB and OCD, and your success will be measured by the joint business executed with these strategic partners at a regional level, working closely with sales, presales, and executive teams. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Global and International Account Directors, will be essential.

Your primary focus will be to enhance alignment between PAN+Orange sales teams and to drive execution excellence across account planning and pipeline management for all joint opportunities.

Your Impact

  • Develop and implement business plans with Account Directors to maximize growth opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Design compelling value propositions to motivate strategic partners to promote our solutions.
  • Develop and activate services based on emerging and established technologies to increase revenue, liaising with product teams to innovate new solutions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication internally and externally to build strong partnerships.
  • Lead regular performance and relationship reviews with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain activity reports and dashboards to monitor performance.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Extensive experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development within enterprise software and/or network security industries.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow relationships within Orange Group.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Understanding of the French market, especially the IDF region.
  • Knowledge of Service Provider operating models.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and solution development knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and creative thinking skills.
  • Track record of leading complex sales negotiations and conflict resolution.
