The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, fluency in French and English, and a proactive approach to building long-term relationships. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience as the main contact for partners.
  • Fluent in French & English (mandatory); Spanish or Italian is a strong plus.
  • Experience in IoT or related business segments is a big advantage.

What will you do?

As a Channel Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our partners across France and Southern Europe. You’ll act as a true Sensolus ambassador, focusing on building sustainable relationships and driving growth together.

  • Actively identify and onboard new partners aligned with our growth strategy
  • Manage and nurture existing partners to become part of our growth story, by embracing the Sensolus values: Perseverance, Ownership, Trust, Customer Centricity and Fun
  • Support partners in training, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative channel ecosystem
  • Oversee partner performance and strengthen collaboration
  • Generate leads together: from co-hosting events and exhibitions to supporting in the field
  • Collaborate closely to drive product and service sales
What do we expect from you?
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience as the main contact for partners
  • Strong technical affinity
  • Fluent in French & English (mandatory), Spanish or Italian is a strong plus
  • Persistent, proactive, independent, and skilled in building long-term relationships
  • Willingness to travel regularly across France, Spain, Italy, and our HQ in Ghent
  • Experience in IoT or related business segments is a big advantage
