Mission of the candidate:
ChangePoint software is used for IT budgeting, forecasting, and IT charge back.
To support application users as well as business processes (budgeting, monthly closure), a support team was set up.
As Changepoint team lead, your role is to ensure the efficient execution of activities within the team.
This involves closely monitoring progress, coordinating resources, and making decisions to keep activities on track.
The Changepoint team lead acts as a link between the team and IT Flat, IT Corporate Business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular team meetings or stand-ups to get status updates on ongoing tasks, address challenges, and adjust timelines/resources if needed.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members: encourage regular updates and collaborative discussions.
- Prioritize tasks based on importance, urgency, strategic objectives, and resource availability.
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload, ensuring a balanced distribution.
- Identify dependencies between tasks or projects and determine the order for completion. Coordinate with relevant team members or other teams.
- Maintain task lists, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Facilitate dialogue and collaboration between the team and IT Flat, IT Corporate Business.
- Work closely with the business team (IT Flat, IT Corporate) to understand their requirements, objectives, and expectations for the application.
- Communicate business requirements to the team in a comprehensive and understandable way.
- Organize meetings or workshops involving both teams for open discussions and alignment.
- Help the business IT Flat, IT Corporate understand technical limitations and project constraints.
- Gather feedback from IT Flat, IT Corporate business to improve the application's functionality and performance.
Education: IT or Finance Master Degree
