emagine is looking for one of its Key Account Client : 1 Senior Change Manager (Prosci, Adkar or APMG

Location : South of France

Description :

The purpose is overseeing the seamless transition to new technological solutions.

Responsibilities include facilitating, planning, and executing Change Management strategies, creating communication, and training plans, mitigating resistance, and guiding staff and leaders to support seamless IT transformation projects/programs transitions.

The Change Manager for IT Transformations holds critical importance in managing the complexities of technological changes, overseeing the seamless transition to new technological solutions.

Main deliverables, activities, and accountabilities:

· Change Management Plan – Develop a comprehensive change management plan outlining the strategy, approach, and tactics to manage the people side of change.

· Stakeholder Analysis – Identify and analyze key stakeholders who will be impacted by the digital transformation and develop strategies to engage and communicate with them effectively.

· Communication Plan – Create a communication plan to ensure timely and clear communication about the changes, benefits, and impacts to all relevant stakeholders.

· Training Plan – Design a training plan to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the new digital tools and processes.

· Performance Metrics – Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the success of change management efforts, such as user adoption rates, productivity improvements, and employee satisfaction.

Activities:

· Change Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of the digital transformation on various aspects of the organization, including processes, roles, and systems.

· Training Coordination: Coordinate the development and delivery of training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the skills needed to use the new digital tools effectively.

· Communication Execution: Implement the communication plan by delivering messages through various channels and ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.

· Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project teams to align change management activities with the overall project timeline and milestones.

Accountabilities:

o User Adoption : Accountable for achieving high levels of user adoption for the new digital solutions by implementing effective change management strategies.

o Stakeholder Engagement : Accountable for engaging and communicating with key stakeholders to build support for the digital transformation and address their concerns.

o Training Effectiveness : Accountable for the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring that employees are adequately prepared for the changes introduced by the digital transformation.

o Communication Effectiveness : Accountable for the effectiveness of communication efforts, ensuring that information is timely, clear, and resonates with the target audience.

Skills Required :

Min 7 years of relevant change management experience in digital transformation projects
