Qualified to minimum degree level or equivalent with additional professional qualification in Change Management.

Change Management experience. Ability to work in an Agile environment and help to develop the maturity of this concept outside of an IT framework.

Design and delivery of people projects and strategic change. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects or activities.

A strong background in operations-focused cross-functional project or operational management delivering tangible business value, ideally within the insurance assistance or financial services sector.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships. Extensive stakeholder management experience, including establishing early credibility, building robust relationships, managing expectations, providing sensitive guidance, bringing about consensus, and resolving conflicts.

Excellent communication skills: ability to listen, seek feedback and insights, communicate a clear vision, and explain complex concepts clearly. Confident and fluid communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate successfully at all levels.

Ability to influence and deliver through others.

Experience working in an international environment, with the ability to adapt to different styles and cultural differences.

Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, challenging unrealistic beliefs where necessary, and demonstrating feasible outcomes. Experience supporting business leaders in achieving strategic directions, including business analysis and reporting for decision-making.

English language proficiency is critical; additional languages are advantageous.

Demonstrated analytical capabilities, with the ability to manage complex data and statistics to deliver sophisticated outcomes.

Hands-on approach to delivering change plans. Strong results focus, with evidence of actively driving strategic change, identifying and implementing process improvements, promoting a positive change-led culture, and supporting best-practice goals.

Ability to work efficiently at pace, managing conflicting priorities with minimal guidance.

The Change Manager / Change Lead is responsible for driving faster adoption, reaching full utilization, and achieving greater proficiency of organizational changes to increase benefits, ROI, and results.

You will deliver results through stakeholder and project management, solution process design, and a comprehensive change plan, especially on the Agent Value Proposition Programme.

You will guide local change leads to ensure local transformations align with AVP objectives.

As a Change Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with workstream leads and central groups to understand and define change deliverables; design a structured methodology and change strategy.
  • Local Change Coordination: Work with local change leads to ensure success of AVP changes in various countries.
  • Deliverables: Create and adapt actionable deliverables for impact analysis, communication plans, sponsor & relay roadmap, coaching, training, and resistance management plans, resulting in a robust change management approach.

Impact Analysis: Assess the anticipated impact on the population.

Communications Plan: Develop a comprehensive communication strategy for stakeholders at all levels, including key messages, channels, frequency, and targeted audiences.

Sponsor & Relay Roadmap: Define roles, responsibilities, and actions for sponsors and leaders to support and champion the change.

Coaching Plan: Design support strategies for managers and leaders implementing the change.

Training Plan: Develop and deliver training to equip employees with necessary skills and knowledge.

Resistance Management Plan: Identify, address, and mitigate resistance proactively.

  • Implement and coordinate the change management plan across all involved areas and countries.
  • Establish metrics and mechanisms to monitor progress and evaluate impact, adjusting approaches as needed.
  • Support communication and training efforts to foster a change-ready culture promoting adaptability and resilience.
