Magellan, an international Management and Technology Consulting Group, seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst in Paris. You will bridge project teams and end users, translating business needs into Salesforce configurations. A Bac+5 Master’s degree is required.

You will gather requirements, prepare EPICs/User Stories, document processes, and support UAT. You’ll train users and pursue two Salesforce certifications per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from business or engineering school is required.
• Experience gathering and qualifying business requirements (User Stories, EPICs).
• Ability to configure Salesforce to standard processes for simple to medium-complexity cases.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for functional concepts.
