Telecare is seeking a Certified Peer Recovery Coach - Mental Health to engage, inspire, and facilitate meaningful conversations with members served to explore and meet their recovery goals. The role supports the team and promotes Telecare’s Recovery Culture as defined by RCCS, recognizing each member’s preferences and integrating them into services.
The position is full-time and on-site with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The Peer Recovery Coach I engages, inspires, and facilitates meaningful conversations with members served that assist the members to explore, create, and meet their own recovery goals. Peer Recovery Coaches provide consultation to the team to promote and reinforce Telecare’s Recovery Culture as defined by the Telecare Recovery Centered Clinical System (RCCS) in which each member’s point of view and preferences are recognized, understood, respected, and integrated into services and self-help programming. Additionally, Peer Recovery Coaches respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills which support a least restrictive environment for members served experiencing an emergency related to a mental health/addiction challenge.
Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Days: Monday - Friday
Expected starting wage range is $23.00. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
