• Experience in ceramic process industry.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Investigate product defects, failures and customer complaints.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using structured methods (8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, FTA).
• Lead Defect Management and drive CAPA.
• Conduct and maintain DFMEA/PFMEA for products and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze ceramic component failures to identify material, design or process-related causes.
• Recommend and implement design or process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain teams to improve reliability.

Ceramic Process Engineer

• Responsible for managing supplier quality issues, investigating product failures, and driving corrective actions through root cause analysis. Works closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve product reliability, quality, and manufacturing processes, with a focus on ceramic component performance.

Key Responsibilities

Experience in Ceramic process industry expertise. Interface with suppliersvendors for product defects, failures, and quality concerns. Investigate product malfunctions and customer complaints. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as 8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, and Fault Tree Analysis. Lead Defect Management activities and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct and maintain DFMEAPFMEA for products and manufacturing processes. Analyze ceramic component failures and identify material, design, or process-related causes. Recommend and implement design modifications or process improvements to eliminate recurring issues. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve product reliability.
