L‑Acoustics seeks a visionary CEO EMEA to lead the regional business, align with global strategy, and drive sustainable revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will shape a high-performing leadership team, monitor KPIs, and ensure governance and compliance while strengthening customer partnerships and brand presence.

The role demands strategic planning, P&L accountability, and a proven track record in transforming regional markets within a technology-driven B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business management or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of general management experience, ideally as a regional P&L leader.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue growth and strategic execution.
• Experience in a technology-driven, B2B environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the EMEA region with full topline accountability from day one.
• Define and drive regional commercial strategy and revenue growth.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional leadership team.
• Establish regional governance, KPIs, budgets, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards.
• Strengthen brand, customer relationships, and market intelligence.
