WSP seeks a CE Data Centers Director to drive strategic growth, shape commercial strategy and deliver excellence across major DC projects in the CE region. Reporting to the CE Client Director, the role leads cross-country go-to-market and client excellence with travel across Europe as needed.

Ideal candidates will have an architectural/engineering background and an MBA, strong English skills, and a proven track record in senior leadership delivering large-scale data center programs.

Qualifications

• Architect or engineering degree is required.
• MBA or an advanced business degree highly valued.
• Extensive leadership experience in data center projects.
• English fluency; a second EU language is valued.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive growth strategies and market expansion for Data Centers in CE.
• Lead commercial strategy, pricing, and risk management for major bids.
• Coordinate cross-country go-to-market and client excellence initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report to leadership; manage major proposals.
• Lead delivery model decisions and ensure high-quality project handover.
