Le poste implique l'analyse de la documentation des clients, la gestion des données et la collaboration avec divers départements. Qualifications

  • Expérience dans un service administratif, de préférence en banque-assurance.
  • Personne méthodique et rigoureuse, capable de travailler dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, l'allemand est un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Analyser et renouveler la documentation légale et fiscale des clients.
  • Gérer et mettre à jour les données clients.
  • Collaborer avec les départements Front Office, Juridique et Conformité.

Job Description

Within our Client Onboarding & Administration department, you will join the Central Data service. Your main missions will include:

  • Analyzing, investigating, and renewing legal and fiscal documentation for individual client files (AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS);
  • Processing, updating, and managing client data;
  • Entering account openings via correspondence, online, or video conference;
  • Participating in maintaining and drafting internal procedures and improving bank systems and tools;
  • Collaborating closely with Front Office, Legal, Tax Compliance, and Compliance departments;
  • Regular interactions with Relationship Managers.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative service, preferably in banking-insurance or within a fiduciary company, or knowledge of various banking regulations;
  • A methodical, rigorous person who can work in a demanding environment;
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; German is a plus;
  • Strong writing skills and good communication abilities;
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • An open personality, with a service-oriented attitude towards internal clients;
  • Good integration skills.
