Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for cell and gene therapies, including viral/non-viral vectors and genome editing.
• Transfer pre-GMP processes into robust, reproducible workflows suitable for clinical manufacturing.
• Develop analytical methods and monitor CPPs and CQAs to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to troubleshooting, and support continuous process improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Identify innovative approaches to improve process efficiency and maintain technology watch in the field of cell and gene therapy.
