CDP Integration Project Manager (Freelance - Remote)
Duration: 20 weeks (July 21 - December 5, 2025)
Location: Remote (CET or EST time zones preferred)
Industry: Pharma / Consumer Health

We're looking for a hands-on Customer Data Platform (CDP) Project Manager to co-lead the implementation of BlueConic for a major healthcare client. You'll work in a "two-in-the-box" model alongside the vendor's PM, acting as the internal lead for all project delivery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-manage the CDP implementation with BlueConic's PM
• Advise on CDP use cases, integrations, and architecture
• Own and maintain all project documentation (timelines, risk logs, test plans, etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Martech teams
• Support testing, validation, and integration efforts

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in digital data or marketing tech project management
• Proven experience with BlueConic or similar CDPs (Segment, Tealium, Salesforce CDP)
• Strong understanding of CDP architecture, data integration, and identity resolution
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Background in FMCG/FMCH or Pharma is a strong plus

Start Date: July 21, 2025
Contract End: December 5, 2025 (extension possible)
