Job Description:

As part of a new role reporting to the UAP Assembly Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing prototypes of new products before production, in collaboration with R&D and the design office.
2. Participating in maintaining and improving production means concerning safety, quality, and productivity, in coordination with methods.
3. Supporting projects related to new production processes (e.g., induction brazing).
4. Enhancing team skills through ongoing training of operators across various roles to develop versatility.

You should have proven experience in one of the UAP trades (electrician, refrigeration technician, brazing specialist). You are exemplary, with strong interpersonal skills, and eager to bridge skills development and operational performance.

This CDI position is based at our Gorron site (53), between Mayenne and Fougères. We are a family group focused on international markets, with strong human values.
