Ce poste permanent dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement implique des responsabilités variées, de l'optimisation des opérations à la gestion de projets, au sein d'une équipe dynamique spécialisée dans l’amélioration des performances de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Les candidats doivent avoir un diplôme de Master en Supply Chain et au moins deux ans d'expérience dans un environnement multiculturel.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme de Master ou équivalent en Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en Supply Chain dans un environnement multiculturel.
  • Anglais professionnel requis; langues additionnelles sont un plus.

Our Craponne site is seeking a Replenishment Planner & Spare Parts Inventory Manager to work on a permanent contract within the Global Supply Chain. You will report to the E&S Downstream Supply Chain team within a team of 10 employees. Reporting directly to the E&S Downstream Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion of various activities, relying on team members based in France, the US, and Singapore, as well as project teams and local EMEA teams.

What will be your mission?

• Operations (50%): Responsible for replenishment and performance monitoring of Downstream Supply Chain operations (Subsidiaries, FSEs, Distributors)

  • Define target inventory levels for distributors/subsidiaries/FSEs based on established criteria (replenishment strategy/consumption/lead time/installed base, criticality, etc.), with a focus on centralized replenishment (vendor management inventory).
  • Manage replenishment flows in accordance with the replenishment strategy defined by the E&S team (SLA, ARL, etc.), addressing operational challenges and causes of shortages.
  • Maintain the calculation parameters of the IS tools used.
  • Define and manage allocations.
  • Implement phase-in/phase-out/switch operations to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular reviews with subsidiaries and Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to develop internal collaboration.

• Continuous improvement (30%): Participate in the optimization of operational tasks

  • Participate in the KP community as a KP Maestro.
  • Contribute to E&S communities in the EMEA region with local supply chain and customer service teams.
  • Analyze indicators to measure performance and define action plans with partners through governance structures.
  • Implement action plans and communicate to stakeholders using appropriate tools.
  • Build and update the Downstream E&S dashboard and communicate across the EMEA region.
  • Act as the voice of internal customers for supply planning issues within the E&S team.
  • Communicate improvements to all stakeholders.

• Projects (20%): Standardize and optimize SC E&S processes in the EMEA region.

Contribute to process improvement projects such as 5S, replenishment optimization, SPACE, Supply Chain Academy, Spare Parts Return, etc.

Who are you?

  • Graduate with a Master's degree or equivalent, ideally specializing in Supply Chain.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, with multicultural environment experience.
  • Organized, autonomous, dynamic, proactive, rigorous. Good communicator and adaptable mindset.
  • Proficient with SC tools (SAP, Fluid-e) and Office/data analysis tools (Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Tableau).
  • Professional English level; additional languages are a plus.
