ChargeGuru is building an integrated platform for its PCA x SIO squads in Paris. The team owns CRM, billing, and internal ops tooling across multiple countries, combining Salesforce, TypeScript services, Python backends, and a .NET data layer.

You will mentor engineers, own technical design, and shape architecture decisions with the Tech Lead. This is a senior role with a broad scope and strong emphasis on AI-driven development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 0 to 10+ years of experience. Scope and compensation are calibrated accordingly
• A GitHub profile or portfolio counts as much as a diploma

Responsabilités

• Build and evolve our Salesforce platform (Apex, Flows) and run CRM operations
• Develop and maintain TypeScript services: the Orchestrator and the CPO Gateway
• Work on Python services behind ChargeGuru billing and the FABS migration
• Contribute to the .NET stack used for consumption data reporting
• Maintain the PHP SEPA Mandate page used by ChargeGuru customers
• Turn product requirements into production-ready solutions with the squad's PMs
• Write clean, tested code and review others' work
• Use AI coding tools daily to accelerate delivery

About the squad: PCA x SIO

Our product organisation is built around verticals. This squad covers two of them.

• PCA (Profitable Connected Assets): everything that happens once a charger is installed and connected. Commissioning and connectivity reliability, session data, the driver apps, billing of sessions and subscriptions, integration with CPO platforms like Ampeco and be.energised, SEPA and ad-hoc payments, Advenir subsidy flows, and the value-added services we sell on the connected fleet.

• SIO (Streamlined Internal Operations): the systems our own teams run on. Purchasing and supplier flows, logistics and stock management, plus the customer support and administration tooling used by our teams across 8 countries.

Both verticals run on the same core platform, which is why they share one squad.

Your Team

• 1 Lead PM and 3 PMs

• 1 Tech Lead and 3 Software Engineers, plus you

• Part of a tech team of ~20 engineers across 4 squads

The squad owns its domain from idea to production. Sprint planning, retros and stand-ups are part of how we work.

What you will do

• Build and evolve our Salesforce platform (Apex, Flows), which holds the CRM and most operational processes

• Develop and maintain our TypeScript services: the Orchestrator and the CPO Gateway

• Work on the Python services behind ChargeGuru billing and the FABS migration

• Contribute to the .NET stack used for consumption data reporting

• Maintain the PHP SEPA Mandate page used by ChargeGuru customers

• Turn product requirements into production-ready solutions with the squad's PMs

• Write clean, tested code and review other people's

• Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code or equivalent) daily

At senior level, you will also own technical design, mentor engineers and shape architecture decisions with the Tech Lead.

What We’re Looking For

Education and experience

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• 0 to 10+ years of experience. Scope and compensation are calibrated accordingly

• A GitHub profile or portfolio counts as much as a diploma

Required

• Proficiency in at least one of our core languages: TypeScript, Python, Apex/Java or C#/.NET

• Object-oriented programming, data modelling and API design

• AI proficiency: developing with agents is your day to day. You are used to working on multiple features in parallel across multiple agent sessions

• GitHub proficiency and code review culture

• Autonomy and a bias for action

• Working French and English

Nice to have

• Salesforce or Apex experience

• Billing, payments or subscription systems (SEPA, invoicing, metered usage)

• IoT or connected devices, OCPP, energy-sector platforms

• Large data migrations

• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or another cloud provider
