CDI - Senior Retail Facility Manager EUROPE

Missions

You will lead the development of a new expertise unit focused on store maintenance, particularly Building technology, Mechanical, Electrical & Special equipment.

You will operate in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and monitoring facilities service contracts across Europe to meet KPIs and provide high-quality, customer-focused services supporting Dior Store managers.
  • Managing facilities and project service providers with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Handling property and concession acquisitions and disposals to meet business needs.
  • Collaborating with the Property & Facilities Management team to ensure consistency in projects and processes.
  • Working with the Country Manager and Finance teams to set and approve annual requirements and targets.
  • Managing facilities services delivery within budgets.
  • Ensuring legal and statutory compliance related to occupancy.
  • Supporting Retail Facility Managers/Teams across markets.
  • Managing minor works with the Architecture Department.
  • Organizing retail back-of-houses and offices.
  • Building relationships across functions such as Finance, VM, Retail, Architecture, Legal, Security.

Job Dimensions

The role includes developing standards with the Property & Facilities Management team, managing small projects, controlling costs, and ensuring quality and efficiency.

Involves procurement, contract evaluation, and financial management of facilities and projects.

Conducts regular inspections, audits, and ensures compliance with energy, environmental legislation, and contractual SLAs and KPIs.

Promotes exceeding expectations and aligns with Dior policies and procedures.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering or Architecture with at least 8 years of experience managing complex organizations, international retail networks, and prestigious buildings.

Strong relationship-building, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.

Strategic thinker and detail-oriented executor.

Proven leadership in inspiring high-performing teams.

Teamwork-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience managing providers and teams of at least 3 members.

Proficient in Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on PC.

Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
