PERMANENT CONTRACT – SENIOR BRAND MARKETING MANAGER (M/F/X)

Brand Activation Advisor
  • Establish and manage brand relationships for all marketing topics, including online and offline activations, digital projects focused on conversion, and data sharing.
  • Advise on brand investments in animations and monitor budgets.
  • Develop and coordinate overall strategies for brand growth by defining personalized activation roadmaps across all Sephora ecosystems in European countries.
  • Support merchant team strategies and offer priorities by creating suitable animation strategies for each brand.
  • Lead key external meetings with brands, such as negotiations, launch kick-offs, business reviews, and regular meetings.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics to identify opportunities and share relevant data with partners.
  • Work in alignment with merchant strategies and collaborate with category managers of assigned brands.
  • Build effective activation toolboxes with brands and internal experts for various Sephora programs.
  • Lead the development of 360° support materials in collaboration with creative, merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, social media, media, PR, and training teams.
  • Manage internal marketing meetings to ensure project execution and seamless communication across teams.
Country Advisor
  • Serve as the main marketing contact for brand activations within countries and support local teams on all brand animation topics.
  • Ensure the deployment of EU strategies across zones.
Cross-Functional Marketing Lead
  • Build cross-functional partnerships in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Define processes and workflows.
  • Lead business relations with external partners.
Manager
  • Manage and guide a Brand Marketing Specialist and/or trainees.

  • Graduated from a business school.
  • Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in retail/digital marketing.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse teams across countries and lead cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to develop brand marketing strategies and build relationships with brands.
  • High-level problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of working in ambiguity and navigating complex business environments.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in French and English.
  • A deep passion for beauty.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
