Reporting to the Prospective and Scientific Communication Director, you will develop and promote innovative skincare and makeup products by integrating scientific concepts into marketing strategies, creating compelling storytelling, and ensuring product consistency. You will also highlight the company's research expertise internally and externally through impactful content.

What you’ll do :

Coordination :

• Participate in all stages of product development with R&D and Marketing to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Draft product briefs, monitor research programs, brainstorm active ingredients, draft claims, and coordinate efficacy testing programs.

Scientific Product Communication :

• Create storytelling around scientific discoveries and product claims.
• Support regulatory validation of claims and prepare educational scientific dossiers and presentations.
• Assist in creating communication materials and digital content like videos and animations.

Competitive / Scientific Watch :

• Monitor trends, innovations, and scientific concepts through conferences and seminars, and analyze competitor claims.

Candidate Profile :

• Master’s degree in science with 4-5 years of experience in scientific communication in cosmetics.
• Knowledge of regulatory constraints, curiosity, creativity, and proactive attitude.

Required Skills :

• Deep understanding of cosmetics ingredients and products, combining science and marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, analysis, synthesis, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and fluent in English.
