N+1 Executive, a recruitment firm specializing in the search for executives and senior managers, is looking for a: Responsable Événementiel & Partenariats (H/F)

Position: Permanent, based in Paris

In a context of strong growth, you will join a dynamic organization where you will lead large-scale event operations, working directly with convention centers, service providers, and strategic partners.

• Coordinate overall events: planning, operational follow-up, logistics, reporting, etc.
• Analyze feedback through satisfaction surveys and post-event evaluations
• Support regional teams in organizing local events

Candidates should have a higher education qualification in event management, communication, or project management, with at least 3 years of experience managing complex B2B events, ideally in an institutional, non-profit, or professional environment.
