We are looking for a Quality Food Safety (QFS) FP&A Controller to join our QFS Finance team in the Global Finance function. The position is based in Paris (75). In this role, you will report to our QFS Financial Controller. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Monitor Actuals by checking monthly closing entries. Ensure costs and accruals are captured in the correct cost centers and periods. Check payroll files and intercompany charges. Analyze variances to forecast, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans. Update the full-year Risk & Opportunity list monthly. Meet specific accuracy standards for half-year and full-year closings. Generate quarterly reports for zone performance reviews.
2. Build the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Rolling Forecasts (RF). Anticipate and incorporate cost and FTE evolutions. Prepare consolidated views and seek management approval. Communicate AOP and RF with appropriate phasing to relevant legal entity controllers. Upload AOP and RF into our internal Power BI finance tool. Simulate different scenarios for organizational changes and reflect validated changes in systems.
3. Contribute actively to continuous process improvement and respond to new requests.

About You

The criteria below are indicative. Candidates with different experience and skills may also be considered.

• Master’s degree in finance controlling or audit background.
• At least 2 years of successful experience in finance controlling.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Essbase, Magnitude, SAP, Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to navigate in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; French is a plus.
