Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Retail Manager/ Sell out manager to support the successful launch of the Polo Ralph Lauren Intimates and Sleepwear lines in new department store locations across EMEA. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store setup, team training, operational readiness to ensure impactful opening and business development in these doors . The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and retail operations skills to guide new teams and establish best-in-class customer experiences from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the pre-opening setup of new department store locations
  • Recruit, train, and support store teams on company standards, processes, and customer service expectations

  • Ensure merchandising, visual displays, and inventory are in place at all times.
  • Motivate and ensure department stores staff are supporting brand ambitions by management, frequent visits, implementing competition & incentives .
  • Partner with corporate teams on logistics, marketing, and grand opening events.
  • Monitor and drive performance metrics.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to store leadership through operations.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a multi-department store environment and in intimates or fashion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours during store opening periods
  • Proven success in launching or supporting new store openings is a plus
