Une entreprise internationale dynamique recherche un Assistant Personnel pour soutenir un membre du comité de direction. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion des agendas complexes, de l'organisation des voyages et de la coordination des événements du département. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement stimulant, entouré de collègues de diverses nationalités, et aurez l'opportunité de contribuer à la cohésion de l'équipe. The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group Chief Strategy Officer & Head of IR as a Personal Assistant of the Management Committee Member (MC).

Your job and daily missions:
  1. Provide administrative support to the MC Member
    • Organize and schedule complex meetings and appointments
    • Book travel and arrangements
    • Perform multifaceted general office support: time-off, purchases, expense accounts
    • Collaborate with other executive and administrative assistants throughout the organization to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service
  2. In addition to this core mission:
    • You will support the Deputy Head of Strategy
      • Organize and schedule complex meetings and appointments
      • Book travel and other arrangements
  3. You will also support the teams and contribute to the dept’s cohesion
    • Organize employee arrivals and departures
    • Manage supply & software requests
    • Plan travel arrangements, ensure accuracy of expense accounts, schedule meetings
    • Track and monitor the team’s holidays and leaves of absence
    • Manage department logistics (maintaining a sufficient stock of supplies & computer equipment & their inventory)
    • Organize dept’s events and celebrations
  4. You may also perform the following non-exhaustive tasks:
    • Produce day-to-day documents and reports (dashboards, monitoring quantitative and/or qualitative data, budget control, ...)
    • Attend meetings and write up the ‘minutes’
    • Perform other duties as assigned

  1. Background and experience:
    • Previous successful experience as a Personal Assistant at Senior Executive Level in an international environment
  2. Technical and professional skills:
    • Experience of managing complex diaries and travel arrangements
    • Rigorous, strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to details
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Strong Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
  3. Soft skills and competencies:
    • Highly discreet and confidential
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
