The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches, and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group Chief Strategy Officer & Head of IR as a Personal Assistant to a Management Committee Member (MC).

Your job and daily missions:
  1. Provide administrative support to the MC Member:
    • Organize and schedule complex meetings and appointments
    • Book travel and arrangements
    • Perform multifaceted general office support: time-off, purchases, expense accounts
    • Collaborate with other executive and administrative assistants throughout the organization to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service
  2. Support the Deputy Head of Strategy:
    • Organize and schedule complex meetings and appointments
    • Book travel and other arrangements
  3. Support the teams and contribute to the department’s cohesion:
    • Organize employee arrivals and departures
    • Manage supply & software requests
    • Plan travel arrangements, ensure accuracy of expense accounts, schedule meetings
    • Track and monitor the team’s holidays and leaves of absence
    • Manage department logistics (maintaining a sufficient stock of supplies & computer equipment & their inventory)
    • Organize department events and celebrations
  4. Additional tasks may include:
    • Producing day-to-day documents and reports (dashboards, monitoring data, budget control, etc.)
    • Attending meetings and writing minutes
    • Performing other duties as assigned
Your Profile
Let’s talk about you:
  1. Background and experience: Previous successful experience as a Personal Assistant at Senior Executive Level in an international environment
  2. Technical and professional skills: Experience managing complex diaries and travel arrangements; rigorous, strong organizational and planning skills; excellent time management; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); fluent in French and English (written and oral)
  3. Soft skills and competencies: Highly discreet and confidential; excellent interpersonal skills; effective communication; team player; adaptable; solutions-oriented; proactive; able to multi-task; curious mindset
