Overview :

As a Product Manager at Cosmo Tech, you will oversee the Asset Management product and solution lifecycle, leading the development and growth of our Asset Management solution and product offering. You will bridge the gap between market needs, business goals, technical execution and Go-to-Market (GTM) execution. You will act as the customer entry point, driving the product vision and ensuring alignment with customer requirements. You will drive the product offering package updates and secure success of the GTM with the support of the Principal Solutions Product Manager, in charge of the Solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Vision and Customer Centricity: Align product offerings with business strategy and market trends while continuously analyzing customer needs to deliver experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze trends in asset management and decision intelligence space within asset intensive industries such as utilities (TSO, DSO, energy producers, oil & gas, water management, transport / mobility) and manufacturers. Continuously analyze competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats, and maintain competitive edge.
  • Solution Portfolio and Product Roadmap: Define and articulate the product roadmap based on market research, customer needs, customer feedback, and business objectives. Prioritize investments to maximize ROI. Focus on driving revenue growth through a well-positioned solution. Develop and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap that supports strategic goals.
  • Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Strategic Product Partnership: Support the Principal Solutions Product Manager in the joint product offerings development with ISV / SI partners well established in this market segment.
  • Act as a Bridge Between Departments: (Engineering, Delivery, Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless deployment of the Asset Management solution. Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to achieve objectives.
  • Customer Focus and GTM Support: Engage with prospects and clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and drive product adoption. Support the Customer Success team in acquisition bootcamp execution and customer adoption.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in the Asset Management practice and/or in the utilities industry, with a focus on strategic analysis and digital transformation.
  • A business consulting background and a strong knowledge of the Asset Management software landscape (IBM Maximo suite among others) will be significant advantages for the position.
  • Experience in product management is not mandatory but would be considered a significant plus. Preferably in B2B enterprise software and/or AI/analytics software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to synthesize technical details into clear business value propositions, positioning recommendations and impactful product offerings.
  • Professional English is mandatory.
  • 5 years of minimum professional experience.

This role reports to the Principal Solutions Product Manager, in charge of the Cosmo Tech solutions portfolio.
