L’Occitane seeks an International Training Manager to lead education initiatives across EME markets with support for the US. You will adapt global tools, run training sessions both in-person and virtually, and coordinate market activations from Paris head office.
You’ll develop English-language training content, contribute to the digital learning ecosystem, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Education teams to drive consistency and impact across markets.
Reporting to the Head of Education & Training, you will play a key role within the Education team, with a primary focus on EME markets and a complementary scope supporting the US market.
Your mission is to bring the ERBORIAN Education strategy to life across markets and retail partners through impactful training experiences, market activations and events.
You will be responsible for delivering and coordinating training initiatives across international markets, while adapting global Education tools to local needs and contributing to the development of our digital learning ecosystem.
The role combines hands-on training, market support, event activation, international coordination and digital learning development.
PROFILE Strong passion for beauty, skincare and Education. Proven experience in training, retail education, field training or learning & development, ideally within the beauty industry Strong experience delivering in-person and virtual training and facilitating engaging learning experiences Comfortable working with international markets and adapting to different cultural and business environments Strong business mindset, with the ability to connect Education, Brand, Sales and market priorities Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills Highly autonomous, proactive and organized, with strong project management skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with international stakeholders Creative mindset with a genuine interest in innovating training formats and experiences
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing or equivalent 4–5+ years of experience in Training, Retail Education, Learning & Development or a related field Previous experience in an international environment is required Fluent in English Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and content creation tools; Canva is a plus Comfortable with digital learning platforms and LMS environments Willingness to travel internationally as required by the role
