Qualifications

• Expérience opérationnelle en cybersécurité, y compris SOC ou réponse aux incidents.
• Capacité à interagir avec des parties prenantes techniques.
• Anglais professionnel requis pour clients internationaux.

Responsabilités

• Déployer la solution sur les sites des clients (intégration, configuration, support technique).
• Gérer les POC et les projets clients, en assurant exécution et impact.
• Servir de point de contact technique pour les clients.

Job Description:

[CDI - Full Remote] – Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer – SaaS

Salary: CDI with a salary between 55K€ and 65K€ depending on experience

We are recruiting for an innovative French startup in cybersecurity, currently experiencing growth. The company develops a unique SaaS solution designed to proactively strengthen organizational security posture: early detection, perimeter monitoring, and attacker trapping through deception mechanisms.

Led by a team of experts from SOC and cyber operational backgrounds, this organization is looking for a technically oriented client-facing profile, capable of deploying the solution, managing client projects, and showcasing results to security teams.

The Role:

You will hold a key position at the intersection of technical, cybersecurity, and client relations.

Your Mission:

Ensure successful deployments from POC to production, while contributing to continuous product and process improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deploy the solution at client sites (integration, configuration, technical support)
• Understand security environments (cloud, EDR, network, IAM, etc.)
• Manage POCs and client projects: ensure proper execution and impact
• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients
• Report product or automation needs from the field
• Participate in structuring deployment processes

Profile Sought:

• Operational cybersecurity experience, including at least one of the following: SOC, incident response, EDR, SIEM, SOAR
• Experience in deploying/integrating security solutions
• Comfortable in varied technical contexts (infrastructure, cloud, network)
• Ability to interact with technical stakeholders at different levels
• Analytical, structured mindset with strong customer service orientation
• Desire to join a core tech project within a small team
• Professional English required (for international clients)
