About the Job

The HR Digitalization Center of Excellence is hiring an HR Digitalization Manager – Talent Mgmt & HR Cycles Support to enhance the Talent Management module of SuccessFactors, aligning with the company's talent strategy.

This role involves collaborating with global and local HR teams, designing and implementing process improvements, and managing change and communication strategies. The position offers exposure to global processes, international teams, and the opportunity to influence talent management technology at Danone.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing feedback and driving process improvements in Talent and Rewards processes within SuccessFactors.
  • Managing change processes, including design, testing, training, and communication.
  • Leading campaign planning, execution, and risk management for the 2025/26 cycle.
  • Facilitating discussions on Talent Card and People Conversations functionalities.
  • Supporting data reporting and user training initiatives.

About You

Candidates should have:

  • At least 6 years in HR digitalization and talent management, with experience in relevant HR tools like SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle Talent Cloud.
  • Strong project management skills, familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in digital innovation to enhance business and employee experience.
