We are seeking a Head of Overheads Controlling Global Functions to join our Company Holdings team, based in Paris (17 boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris), moving to La Fayette from September. You will report to the Company Holdings Controlling Director, overseeing 4 global functions and multiple entities worldwide.

The role requires a service-oriented mindset, strong controlling experience, team spirit, and stakeholder management skills, with interactions across Paris (DPP), Amsterdam (DPA), and Singapore (DPS).

Your responsibilities include overseeing expenses, budgets, resource allocations, and performance reviews, ensuring harmonized processes, and driving simplification and digitalization.

You will ensure timely interactions with budget owners, follow reporting timelines, and support strategic initiatives like Value-Capture, M&A projects, and cost control.

Additional duties involve defining processes for fixed costs, preparing business reviews, managing FTE costs, contributing to the Finance Roadmap, identifying risks and opportunities, and managing a team of 3 controllers.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 10 years in controlling within a large, international, preferably FMCG environment
• Ability to build trustful relationships, explain complex concepts simply, and engage non-finance colleagues
• Structured, proactive, and planning-oriented mindset
• Strong data analytics skills, ERP (SAP), and BI systems (Power BI) proficiency
• Experience presenting to senior management (CODI, COMEX)
• Team management experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
