To support Sephora's business growth and the development of its organization, the Global HR team is expanding! We are looking for our Global Reward and Benefits Project Manager to support key HR strategic topics. Reporting to the Global Reward and Benefits Project Director, your responsibilities will include:

1. Projects: Lead or participate in the design, development, and implementation of Rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent. Coordinate the Global Benefits Project in collaboration with an external consulting company, following up on the roadmap implementation, cost impact, and communication closely with the International Sephora Reward Community. Propose initiatives to improve and simplify HR processes at a global level. Develop Reward communication programs to valorize our Total Reward Strategy.
2. Compensation: Participate in the annual compensation review, including data preparation. Prepare reporting: design and feed our Top Executives database, global mapping. Support the Reward Global Team in preparing executives' and mobility packages.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in HR, preferably with a C&B major
2. Strong project management skills
3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Benefits in an international environment (Consulting and/or Multinational Company)
4. Effective communication abilities
5. Analytical skills, pragmatic, curious
6. Ability to work on strategic projects while being hands-on
7. Data and results-oriented
8. Fluent English

The position is located in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Paris area).
