Global Cyber Defense Strategy & Coordination Manager

In a complex and dynamic Cybersecurity landscape, the Global Cyber Defense Strategy & Coordination Manager will be a key milestone on Cybersecurity strategy not only for leading and managing the global cyber defense strategy to protect our organization from cyber threats, but also strengthen Security Operations through unified worldwide Cyber detection and response capabilities.

As the Sephora Global Cyber Defense Strategy & Coordination Manager, you will be responsible for managing risk exposure through appropriate assets management. You will lead the unification of Cyber detection and response capabilities 7X24, enhance and measure security posture of digital assets on premises and cloud infrastructure.

Your stewardship will ensure coordinated security operations, not only the findout core-modelization opportunities to close gaps in cybersecurity defenses but also to increase efficiency in responding to global cyber threats.

You will report to Sephora's Global Chief Security Officer and steer the Cyber defense across regions and coordinate regional teams and their vendors, ensuring consistent security posture across the globe. You will be the organizational bridge, liaising seamlessly with LVMH Cyber defense and Group Security Operation center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage risk exposure through appropriate assets management
  • Enhance and measure security posture of digital assets
  • Increase efficiency of cyber organization and tooling
  • Unify Cyber detection and response capabilities 7X24
  • Define cross-region crisis management process
  • Be the reference in the LVMH Group Cyber defense community.
  • Strategize and coordinate cyber defense initiatives in collaboration with cross-regional teams to define a Cyber defense core model, roadmap, arbitration and prioritization taking into account budget and capacity factors.
  • Establish, update and govern cyber defense policies and procedures aligned with the Groupe LVMH based on Sephora risks and priorities.
  • Lead cross-regional teams on the enforcement of Cyber defense core model members to ensure seamless integration and operation of Security solutions.
  • Mobilize cross regional teams to proactively enhance the security posture of digital assets through continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and the implementation of effective security measures.
  • Lead the unification and standardization of cyber detection and response capabilities across regions, ensuring 24/7 availability.
  • Oversee the cross‑region security operations center (SOC) and ensure continuous monitoring of threats.
  • Develop and maintain cross-region incident response plans and protocols.
  • Assist Regional Cyber defense teams in leading incident response efforts, crisis management and recovery plans in the event of a security breach.
  • Define the strategy with Data and Infrastructure teams in the securization of cloud infrastructure.
  • Orchestrate post‑mortem and lesson learned reviews about security incidents to define cross‑region action plan.
  • Engage regular control and continuous improvement initiatives, such as pentest, red team, purple team in order to test effectiveness of cyber defense strategy.
  • Implement a KPI‑driven approach to measure and optimize security effectiveness throughout all regions.
Qualifications
  • You are a graduate Engineer in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • You have 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience on security incident detection, response and crisis management.
  • You have confirmed experience defining Security Operation center strategy, log collection, event management, and threat detection.
  • You have deep understanding of threat landscapes, attack vectors, and intrusion detection systems.
  • You have advanced knowledge and experience, operating system security, network security.
  • You have run security pentest, red team, purple team in order to test effectiveness of cyber defense strategy.
  • You have solid experience on vulnerability management, attack techniques, and reverse engineering.
  • You possess good collaboration skills, with a proven track record of forging partnerships, and you developed negotiation abilities to navigate complex stakeholder needs and drive strategic outcomes.
  • You have a strong customer orientation, and you are obsessed by ultimate customer experience.
  • You have a strong drive for results with an excellent track record in cyber defense related topics.
  • You are autonomous, innovative and enjoy working on cross‑functional issues.
  • Foster collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders across regions (Infra, IT Operations, Digital) to drive the successful implementation of the cyber defense strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity programs and initiatives.
  • Fluency in English (90% of security related documents are written in English).
  • Culture around the retail information system.
