Qualifications

Department: Rooms Division

Reporting to : General Manager / Hotel Manager

The Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) Rooms is responsible for overseeing all operations related to the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge , and Guest Relations. The primary objective is to ensure an exceptional guest experience while optimizing revenue and operational costs.

Your strengths:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a role of Rooms Manager / Front Office Manager / Executive Housekeeping Manager
  • Experience in a high-volume 4 or 5-star hotel environment is a strong wish
  • Strong skills in budget management and financial analysis
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability of making quick, effective decisions
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory

Scope of responsibility:

  • 995 rooms, team of 103 employees
  • Supervising all departments within the Rooms Division: Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping , and Guest Relations
  • Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and following up thoroughly on all accommodation-related issues
  • Developing, managing, and analyzing the budget for all departments under your responsibility
  • Fostering a positive and motivating work environment for team members and collaborating closely with other hotel departments (F&B, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.) to ensure synergy and operational efficiency
