Job Description:

The organization is seeking to fill the position at MECS ETEM in Le Mans (72000) for 1 Educator in a residential setting (H/F).

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement support aligned with the service project within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring education, protection, and guidance for adolescent residents.
• Support young people in their personal development according to their individualized plans.

Profile:

• Diploma in specialized education or educational monitoring preferred.
• Valid B permit required.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and emotional distancing skills.
• Ability to provide a safe, structured, and caring environment for young people.

Salary:

Between €2100 and €2396 gross monthly, according to the Convention of March 15, 1966.
