As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be representing the brand image and values, whilst working alongside the Store Manager to effectively manage the store's operations and team.

Key responsibilities of the role:

1. Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
2. Provide daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance.
3. Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans.
4. Control costs and manage store operations such as stock, payroll, administration, and rota planning.
5. Inspire, motivate, and develop your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge.
6. Take on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
7. Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
8. Demonstrate passion for the brand and live our values.
9. Possess strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team.
10. Experience working towards and driving KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
11. Previous experience in managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties.
12. Ability to motivate and drive your team to exceed KPIs.
