We are looking for our future Pharmaceutical Delegate in permanent contract in the Bourges sector!

Primary missions:

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will contribute to the commercial development of our brands in pharmacies and parapharmacies in your sector:

• You optimize distribution, shelf space, and promotions of our products in line with objectives (3D: Distribution, Display, Detailling)
• You are responsible for the turnover generated in your sector, as well as for market share growth
• Entrepreneurial, negotiator, result-oriented, your investment will be rewarded with motivating compensation in a dynamic sector

The profile sought:

• Graduated with a BAC+3 or BAC+5, ideally with some initial sales experience in GMS (Large Distribution), pharmaceutical sales experience would be a plus
• You are mobile and enjoy travel
• You like to take on ambitious commercial challenges
• Your interpersonal skills, dynamism, organization, and analytical qualities will be essential assets to join our team and thrive
• You reside in the central city of the sector: Bourges, in the outskirts, or are willing to move to this area

Conditions of the position:

• Permanent contract to start as soon as possible
• Fixed salary + attractive monthly bonuses based on targets + company vehicle

• Residence in the commercial sector or nearby is mandatory (or willing to relocate)
